"Love their more eco-friendly approach"
I bought a pair of boots from Merry People and have been really happy with them. I like that the brand seems focused on making things that last instead of just pumping out fast fashion. The packaging was simple too, without a bunch of unnecessary plastic, which I appreciated. A friend recommended them to me, and I can see why — it feels good buying from a brand that’s trying to make better choices.

"Comfy, but wearing down faster than I expected"
I really do like these boots because they’re super comfy and easy to throw on, especially for rainy walks. To be fair, maybe I’m just harder on shoes than I think, and I do tend to drag my feet a bit when I’m tired, but after only a few months the soles are already looking more worn than I expected. I don’t even wear them every day, mostly just when the weather is bad. They’re still waterproof so far, which is great, I’m just not totally convinced they’ll last as long as everyone says. For the price, I was hoping they’d hold up a little better

"So happy with these boots"
I’m really happy with my Merry People boots, the colour looks even nicer in real life because it’s not too bright but still has a bit of fun to it, and I’ve been surprised how many outfits they actually go with. The style is simple but doesn’t feel boring, they’re easy to throw on for rainy walks or even just heading out, and I’d definitely buy them again

I’ve ordered from them twice now no issues at all. Everything’s gone smoothly, and it just kind of feels like one of those brands I can trust, you know... so yeah, I’ll probably keep coming back.

"I’ve been loyal to another..."
I’ve been loyal to another boot brand for years, so I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about these, but the shaft height is just right for me. They hit at a comfortable spot and look good without feeling too tall or awkward.

"These boots are fine for rainy..."
These boots are fine for rainy days or doing stuff out in the garden, and they kept my feet dry. But for longer walks, they just weren’t comfortable for me. I also tried reaching out about it and never got any follow-up, which was frustrating

"Really happy with the quality"
I ordered a pair from Merry People and I’ve been really happy with them so far. The material feels solid and good quality, not cheap or flimsy at all. The rubber has a nice thickness to it without making the boots feel heavy, if that makes sense.

I’ve worn them out in wet weather a few times now and they still look pretty much new. They’re easy to wipe clean too, which is a big plus for me. Overall, they just feel well made, and I’m really glad I bought them.

"Stayed Dry in the Rain"
Took these out on a rainy walk and, my feet stayed dry the whole time. I kind of assumed they’d overpromise the waterproof thing just to make the product sound better, but they actually held up. Happy with them so far.

"Well packed, maybe a little overdone"
My order arrived in great shape, which is the main thing I care about. The box was sturdy, the boots were well protected, and nothing looked scuffed or damaged when I opened it.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because, after unpacking everything, it felt like there was a bit more packaging than really necessary. Not a huge problem at all, just something I noticed since the protection was clearly doing its job.

"Easy delivery and no hassle"
I ordered a pair of boots the whole thing was really straightforward. They turned up quicker than I expected, and the tracking updates were easy enough to follow, so I wasn’t left wondering where they were. The boots themselves were really nice and looked good when I opened the box, but the sizing just didn’t work for me. I tried them on after work while making a cup of tea, and they felt a bit off right away. Returning them was okay overall, but it took a little longer than I expected, and the exchange updates weren’t very clear. It did get sorted in the end, so no major drama, but the process could definitely be a bit smoother.

"pretty warm, but not for freezing days"
these kept my feet warm for the most part, but on really cold days they didn’t quite do enough. still decent for everyday winter wear, just not the best if it’s seriously freezing out

I was really glad they actually had the color and size I wanted in stock. I’d checked a couple other places first and they were all sold out, so this was a nice relief. Ordering was straightforward too, and I didn’t have to sit around waiting for a restock like I have with other stores. Overall, just a simple and easy experience.

"Comfortable even with achy arches"

"Way Easier to Clean Than I Expected"
We got them absolutely covered in mud during the first week, and I thought they’d be a pain to clean. Compared to other stuff we’ve used for muddy dog walks and kids running around, these were so much easier. A quick rinse and wipe down, and they looked totally fine again. Definitely makes everyday mess less stressful.

"Cute boots, but not worth the price"
I really like the way these boots look, and they’re comfortable enough sometimes, but they kind of work when they want to. Some days they feel fine, other days they rub or just don’t feel great. For what I paid, I expected them to feel a lot better and be more consistent. They’re not terrible, but I wouldn’t say they’re worth the price.
